How do I enroll for YouCloud MPOS/Retail/Resto POS?

To enroll with our YouCloud MPOS/Retail/Resto POS, please follow this procedure:

  • Visit the nearest Partner Bank for YouCloud Merchant Service enrollment and bring the following documents:
    • Copy of Incorporation / Registration Certificate
    • Copy of MOA & AOA (Sign all the pages)
    • Copy of Organization PAN Card
    • Original Copy of Bank Statement (Latest first 2 Pages)
    • Communication Address Proof (Electricity Bill/Telephone Bill/Rent Agreement)
    • Identity & Address Proof (ID Pan Card & Add AADHAR/Passport) All Directors/partner/proprietors/LLP
    • Passport Size Photographs (All Directors/partner/proprietors/LLP)
    • Copy of Business Registration Certificate (S&E / ST / VAT)
    • Copy of Partnership Deed / Trust Deed / LLP Agreement Containing list of Partners/Signatory
  • If you have a bank account with our Partner Bank, you can directly fill out the YouCloud Merchant Enrollment form and submit to the Bank representative.
  • If you do not have a bank account with our Partner Bank, you will need to open a bank account with them first. Then, fill out the YouCloud Merchant Enrollment form and submit to the Bank representative.
  • After successful identity check and bank approval, you will receive an e-mail/SMS confirmation for your Merchant ID, YouCloud Merchant Portal and YouCloud MPOS/Retail/Resto POS application login details.

How do I become eligible for YouCloud MPOS/Retail/Resto POS Account?

You need to be over age 18 to create a YouCloud MPOS/Retail/Resto POS. For security and regulatory compliance purposes, you also need to undergo an identity check and have a legitimate business in the country.

Why do I need to visit a bank and have a bank account?

For your YouCloud MPOS/Retail/Resto POS account to take effect, it has to be identified with a bank account with our Partner Bank. This is where you will receive the funds from customer credit/debit card payment transactions.

Where can I get the YouCloud MPOS/Retail/Resto POS terminal?

The Partner Bank will issue the uCube Card Reader after your YouCloud MPOS/Retail/Resto POS account has been activated. Then, YouCloud will issue the YouCloud Retail/Resto POS after your YouCloud account has been activated.

What do I need for accepting debit/credit card payments through YouCloud MPOS?

To accept debit and credit payments, you’ll need a YouCloud uCube MPOS card reader connected to the app on your Android mobile device. You will need:

  • Android POS or Any Android Mobile Device
  • uCube mPOS Card Reader
  • YouCloud MPOS Application
  • Valid Bank Account with Partner Bank

What do I need for accepting debit/credit card payments through YouCloud Retail/Resto POS?

To accept debit and credit payments you’ll need a YouCloud uCube MPOS card reader connected to the app on your tablet. You will need:

  • Android tablet device
  • uCube mPOS Card Reader
  • Retail/Resto POS Application
  • Valid Bank Account with Partner Bank

My YouCloud MPOS/Retail/Resto POS is all set. What payment types can I accept?

Now, you can accept not just cash but also debit/credit cards from your customers. Mobile Wallet, QR Pay, and NFC payments are also in the pipeline for YouCloud. We will inform you on the developments from time to time.

What types of debit/credit card can I accept?

All bank cards that are connected to the following card schemes:

  • VISA
  • MasterCard
  • UnionPay
  • Visa PayWave
  • MasterCard PayPass
  • American Express

What fees will I pay?

For enabling your debit/credit card acceptance through YouCloud MPOS/Retail/Resto POS, Merchant Discount Rate implemented by the bank will apply. For more info, please contact our Customer Care team.
